The accommodation at Al Bustan Centre & Residence is clean, and the staff are well managed. the hotel staff provide excellent service. the location is centrally located near supermarkets, a sports stadium, and an upscale shopping center, making it convenient.

Liked the place, had a very good stay with gud value for money. Its location was comfortable, near the market, and in a shopping area. Al Qusais district was worth staying in.

the breakfast with very less indian varieties. very good building and rooms in accordance with the well sized bedroom. unbeatable and magnificent location, really close to slipstream sculpture.

The staff were very attentive and responsible, yet not intrusive. the location was excellent, with a tube station close by. Shopping centers and a market were conveniently located around the hotel.

we requested none smoking room , but we diffidently got a smoking room where you can smell the smoke every where especially in the bed sheets.

Our room was a good size. the location was super convenient, with a metro station and a 24/7 petrol pump shop right next door. We stayed here for 3 nights and had awesome views! 🌆.

A variety of astonishing food available. Hospitality from the whole staff was great. the setting in a good area, right by the metro station, was excellent. Conveniently close to the airport, metro, nearby market, restaurants, available taxi service, shopping mall.

Was reasaonable value for money. The Metro is close to Al Bustan (less than 100 metres) and Taxis are plentiful - The Dubai airport is 15 minutes away
The reception staff need to be improved; Mostly because their understanding of English is not good. The Internet is unreliable
